By overseeing a team of expert UX and UI designers, I helped revolutionise the NOW Black Friday experience. Working closely with the Business and Merchandising teams, I provided strategic guidance and feedback while leading the design team in creating a beautiful website, testing innovative user journeys, and crafting engaging email campaigns and digital assets for major platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram. We even developed exciting creative partnerships with top brands like Apple, Amazon, LG, and Samsung TV screens.

She put a huge amount of thought and effort into the visual identity of the site, always with the customer journey in mind.
