What
Sky Sports+ will be transformational in the amount of choice sports fans will have access to via live streams on Sky TV, streaming service NOW and the improved Sky Sports App on mobile.With more coverage than ever before from the EFL, both tennis Tours and men's Super League, Sky Sports customers can enjoy more than 50% more live sport this year.
Goal
The objective is to launch Sky Sports+ on the NOW website by creating a brand-new Sky Sports+ landing page that aligns with the legacy Sports pages. This includes helping to develop brand assets across Sky UI platforms, uniting the Sky and NOW brands. The aim is to emphasise the branding, ensure consistency, and excite customers about the new product while promoting clear understanding.
Role
As the lead designer on this project, I worked closely with the NOW brand and merchandising teams, as well as the Sky brand and merchandising teams. I facilitated collaboration, coordinated stakeholder reviews, and ensured transparency on progress throughout the project.
Success
User engagement increased by 25%, with a 30% improvement in user satisfaction ratings. The project delivered a seamless experience for sports fans, contributing to a significant boost in Sport viewing.
